DEKORASYONDA HADİ BİRAZ CESUR OL !!!
Evin ilk proje çizim aşamasındayken amerikan mutfağı konusunda çok kararlıydım.Evimizin hem tarzı için hem büyüklüğü için çok çok uygundu.Kullanışınıda çok seviyordum ayrıca ,yabancıların hayatlarına özenmemem gerektiğini bilicek kadar olgunum ama sadece ev dekorasyonu konusunda onlardan öğrenceğimiz çok şey var.Çünkü evleri kullanışlı olmasının yanında konforlu ve rahat.İşte bu yüzden pinterestteki paylaştıkları evlerine hayran kalmamak elde değil.
Bir kere cesurlar dekorasyon konusunda hemde bizim hiç olamadığımız kadar .En basiti mutfak dekorasyonunda bile görüyoruz, masif ahşap tezgahları senelerdir kullanmalarına rağmen hâlâ acaba sudan etkilenirmi kabarırmı yada mutfak arkasında duvar kağıdı kullanmak konusunda hâlâ kaygılarım var.O kadar firma var bunlar konusunda çok kullanışlı olduğunu idda eden.Sadece kullanım sıklığına göre üzerine ahşap cilası istiyebiliyormuş.Eve verdiği sıcaklık açısından yaptırmaya değer görüyorum.
İkinci mesele açık mutfakla ilgili böyle bir karar aldığımda çevremden çok fazla tepki aldığım doğrudur.Yok bizim yemeklerimiz çok kokarmış yağlı olurmuş ,Amerikalılar dondurucudan çıkartıp mikrodalgada pişirdikleri için yemeklerini açık mutfak tercih edebiliyorlarmış.Aynı durum bizim için zormuş.Evet bizim yemek kültürümüz çok farklı biz yemek yedirmeyi misafirimize ikram etmeyi çok seven bir toplumuz.Düşünsenize komşumuz bile uğrasa 10 dakika için muhakkak kahve ikram ederiz.O zaman açık mutfak tam bize göre! Misafirlerimi salonumda bırakıp mutfakta günümün yarısını geçirdiğim günlerim çoktur.Peki ben niye misafirlerim salonumda otururken,mutfağımda ikramlarımı hazırlarken onlarla sohbet etmeye devam etmeyim.Yada akşam eşime kahve pişirirken bulaşıkları toplarken acele etmeye gerek kalmadan eşimle hem konuşup hem mutfağımı toplamayım.Yada mutfağımda kek yada yemek hazırlarken ev halkından soyutlanıyım.Üstelikte günlük koşturmacanın içinde sayılı saatlerde aile bireyleri biraraya gelebiliyorken.Yaşadığımız her dakika değerli keyifle ve kaygısız ,acele etmeden yaşamalı insan.!
Sonuç ne mi oldu tabiki evin projesi benim istediğim şekilde çizildi.Ayrıca metrekare olarakta çok büyük olmayan evlerde salonla birleşik açık mutfak evinizi çok daha geniş göstereceği kesin.Hı aklıma gelmişken yemek yapılırken yayılan koku içinde piyasada harika davlumbazlar var.Koku ve yağ çekme konusunda gerçekten çok iddalılar!Ee o zaman bizede bu keyfi yaşamak kalıyor.Yaşadığımız her dakikanın kıymetini bilip,kaygısız acele etmeden yaşamak.!!House □ of □ of step-by-step
